We accept UPI (through our payment partner MMADPay) and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments work with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹49 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.

Yes, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Write to info@vinaneer.com with your order number and we will help. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be processed as a return after delivery.

UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or temporary outages of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases. You may retry the payment, switch to a different UPI app, or choose Cash on Delivery.

Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

Standard delivery is 5–9 business days from dispatch. Metro and Tier-1 cities typically receive deliveries within 3–5 business days; non-metro and remote locations may take 7–9 business days. We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. The fee is shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

We ship across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. You can verify serviceability by entering your PIN code on the checkout page — you will be notified immediately if it is not serviceable.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking link. You may also track at any time at vinaneer.com/track-order using your order number.

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with seals and tags intact. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from initiation. UPI refunds use the same UPI ID; COD refunds are paid by NEFT.

Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at info@vinaneer.com. We arrange a free pickup and process a replacement or a full refund within 7 business days, at your preference.

It varies by product. Each item lists its specifications — including dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction suitability where relevant — on its product page under Care & Use. When in doubt, hand-wash and check the manufacturer's label before first use.

Yes. Follow the same procedure as a return, but mention the item you would like instead. Subject to availability, the exchange is dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of the original item.
