We accept UPI only, processed through our payment partner MMADPay. UPI payments work with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. Because every product on Vinaneer is a digital ebook delivered instantly by email, Cash on Delivery is not available and there are no delivery or convenience fees of any kind.

Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.

Only before the ebook has been delivered — and because delivery is instant, that window is very short. If your payment has gone through but the files have not yet reached you, write to info@vinaneer.com with your order number immediately and we will cancel and refund in full. Once the PDF has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, an incorrect UPI PIN, or a temporary outage of the UPI app. No amount is deducted from your account in such cases and no order is created. Simply retry the payment, or switch to a different UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and pay again — your ebook is emailed the moment a payment succeeds. If an amount was debited but you received no ebook, write to info@vinaneer.com with your UPI transaction reference and we will verify and resolve it.

Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

By email. The moment your UPI payment succeeds, we send a confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout containing your ebook as a PDF attachment and a secure download link for each title you purchased. Nothing is shipped — there is no courier, no packaging and no address to wait at, so please enter your email address carefully.

Instant. Delivery is automatic and usually lands in your inbox within seconds of a successful payment — allow a few minutes at most. There are no business-day timelines, no dispatch wait and no delivery slots.

Free. Because your purchase is a digital download, there are no shipping, handling, delivery or Cash-on-Delivery charges on any order, of any value, anywhere. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, inclusive of GST.

Yes. Delivery is by email, so your ebook reaches you anywhere in the world exactly as fast. Payment, however, is by UPI, which requires an Indian bank account or a UPI-enabled app.

Every title is a PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader with a standard PDF reader — no app, account or special software required. The page count and any included templates are listed on each product page before you buy.

If nothing has arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, first check your Spam and Promotions folders and search for your order number. You can also re-trigger your download links at Find My Order using your order number. Still stuck? Write to info@vinaneer.com and we will resend your files promptly.

Yes. Your access is tied to your order number and does not expire — you have lifetime access. Re-download any time from the link in your email or via Find My Order. If a title you bought is updated to a newer edition, you receive that update free of charge.

No. Our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and can be read and copied the moment they arrive, so once an ebook has been delivered it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded — including for change of mind or for buying the wrong title by mistake. Please read the full product description before you buy; if you are unsure whether a title suits you, write to us first and we will gladly advise. Yes — in three narrow cases, all of which are about delivery failing rather than a change of mind: non-delivery (your payment succeeded but no ebook reached you within 24 hours and we cannot deliver it after you contact us), a duplicate or accidental charge for the same order, and a corrupt or wrong file that we are unable to replace with a working one. Raise it within 7 days of purchase at info@vinaneer.com with your order number.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval and credited to the same UPI ID or bank account used for the original payment; your bank then typically takes a further 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.

Almost always, yes — and at no cost. Write to info@vinaneer.com with your order number and we will resend a fresh copy, usually within minutes. Please contact us before requesting a refund; most issues (a download that will not open, a missing attachment, a mistyped email address) are fixed by simply re-sending your files.

Your purchase gives you a single personal, non-transferable licence. You may read it on your own devices and print a copy for your own use. Re-selling, uploading, forwarding or otherwise redistributing the file is not permitted and is an infringement of copyright under the Copyright Act, 1957.
