Delivery & Download Policy

Every product on Vinaneer is a digital ebook (PDF). There is nothing to ship — your purchase is delivered to your email inbox and your download links the moment your payment succeeds.

1. What you receive

All products sold on Vinaneer are downloadable digital ebooks in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or postal delivery is involved. The number of pages and format for each title are stated on the product page before you buy.

There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges on any order. The price shown is all-inclusive of applicable GST.

On successful payment we send a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout. That email contains your ebook PDF as an attachment and a secure download button for each title you purchased. Please enter your email address carefully — it is where your purchase is delivered.

3. Accessing & re-downloading your ebooks

  • Your download access is tied to your order number and does not expire — you have lifetime access to the titles you purchased.
  • You can re-download your ebooks at any time from the link in your email, or by visiting Find My Order and entering your order number.
  • If a future edition of a title you bought is released, you receive the update free of charge.

4. Did not receive your email?

If your ebook has not arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:

  • Check your Spam / Promotions folder and search for your order number.
  • Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
  • Use Find My Order to re-trigger your download links.
  • Still stuck? Contact us at info@vinaneer.com with your order number and we will resend your files promptly, typically within one business day.

5. Service availability

Because delivery is digital, our ebooks are available to customers across India with no PIN-code restrictions. A valid email address and a working internet connection are all that is required to receive and open your purchase.

6. Technical requirements

Our ebooks are standard PDF files that open on virtually any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — using a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, Apple Books, or your browser). No special software or subscription is needed.
