Refund & Cancellation

Our products are instantly-delivered digital ebooks. This policy explains when a cancellation or refund applies, and the timelines we follow, in line with the Consumer Protection Act and applicable e-commerce rules in India.

1. Nature of our products

Every item sold on Vinaneer is a downloadable digital ebook (PDF) delivered to your email immediately after a successful payment. Because the product is delivered and consumed instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, the rules below are specific to digital goods.

2. Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before the ebook has been delivered — that is, before the confirmation/delivery email is sent. As delivery is usually instant, the cancellation window is very short.
If you believe a payment went through but you wish to cancel before receiving your files, contact us immediately at info@vinaneer.com with your order number. If the files have not yet been delivered, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. When you are eligible for a refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

Non-delivery: your payment succeeded but you did not receive your ebook within 24 hours, and we are unable to deliver it to you after you contact us.
Duplicate / accidental payment: you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
Corrupt or wrong file: the file delivered is damaged, unreadable, or materially different from what was described on the product page, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

4. When a refund does not apply

Because digital ebooks are delivered instantly and can be copied, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once the ebook has been successfully delivered and is downloadable — for example, if you decide you no longer want the content after receiving it, or you purchased the wrong title by mistake after it was delivered. We encourage you to read the full product description before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a title is right for you, contact us first and we will gladly help.

Have a problem with a file you received? Please contact us before requesting a refund — most issues (a download not opening, a missing attachment, a wrong email address) are fixed within minutes by simply re-sending your files at no cost.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at info@vinaneer.com within 7 days of your purchase, quoting:

your order number (from your confirmation email),
the email address used at checkout, and
a brief description of the issue.

6. Refund timelines

We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.
Where a refund is approved, it is initiated within 5 business days of approval and credited back to your original payment method (UPI / card / bank). After it is initiated, your bank or UPI provider typically takes a further 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
Approved refunds are made to the same account/instrument used for the original payment. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

7. Grievances

If your refund or cancellation concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer at grievance@vinaneer.com. Full details are on our Grievance Redressal page, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and IT Rules, 2021.
